Liberia's current President has pledged a zero tolerance to corruption in the country, a great necessity in improving it's general economic attractiveness and efficiency. How do you think she will be able to crack down on many of the deeply ingrained habits in the society at large (from elites to general population), especially when many depend on it for their survival and/or to feed their families. Is it even right to do so without a significant improvement in (severely under-valued) salaries and general standard of living? What does everyone think?
