Have you or anyone you know ever played the Diversity Visa? if so what is it like and do you know of anyone who has won? Also, how do people go about filing for resettlement for their refugees relatives in africa? and is the program still active? Thanks.

curious please take a look at http://travel.state.gov/index.html
once on the site click on visas and then DV intructions n information. This is the US government website that gives detial information on about the DV program, how to apply, deadlines for applying, and qualifing countries.
