Supporting a young Liberian by Internet since one year and hoping to be able to develop this support, my goal is to step by step allow him to rebuild his live and to get the possibility to realize his own project...
I would like if possible to found here the right and precise informations of how a young Liberian citizen can create its own non-profit association in Liberia (Monrovia) :
What paperwork should he undertake? what conditions and procedures? what are the Liberian laws that govern local organizations? In sum, what are his rights and obligations?
