Why is it that men are intimidated by successful women?

I personally think that this is changing times and women are doing things they never had the opportunity to do and doing it well , men should get use to it and yes I am a man, but, I like the challenge.

The brain is a powerful machine. It should not be
supressed or be forced to shut down.
Women have so much potential. We are articulate
intelligent people and we each have something
to *deliver* into this world.

I dont know why some people try to ensure that
women are not allowed to share their potential
with the world.
So everyone needs to wake up and smell the coffee!!!
We are here to stay and we have plenty more
to give.
Most things a man can do a woman can do, that's
my opinion.

Those who think women have limited brain ability..
consider this...
Are we not the ones who nourish both male and
female babies for 9 months?
What on earth do you think is happening to the babie's brain
during that time? You think it is asleep?

Stevoo, it's their pride and ego. Most men just cannot accept an educated and intelligent woman. or a woman that has her own strong mind. But as you said the world is changing now and one day hopefully men will realize that. Some men actually become jealous if they have a partner that has a better paying job,more university degrees, etc..etc. I personally know marriages that have broken up for such reasons! You wouldn't believe! And these poor women go off thinking that they have failed in some way and the very society does not forgive nor let them forget. We as women have to be stronger to get our points across in order to take our rightful place in this world.
