My father hails from Sasstown, he was taken away to Monrovia when he was 7 yrs old by his father who later died soon after that.
I was born and raised in Monrovia and never had the opportunity to visit Sasstown. I know things have changed alot since the 1930s but I am trying to find relatives of my father.
His great-grandfather was Juah Nimley. He had an uncle that served as Superintendent in Sasstown in 1933.
These are other relative names he's given me:
Gbe Toh Nimley
Seyon Wleie Toh
I may be spelling the names wrong, but if anyone has any connection or information about these people, anything at all, please help me.
If there are any websites that you know may help, please let me know. I'm desperately trying to find as much as I can. Thanks. |
