My name is Theanna Morlue and I was born Sep. 23 1979. I am trying to find my family who use to live in Monrovia Liberia or still do. My dad was from the tribe called Gbandi. In 1979 while I was a baby, my father died, he was murdered in Portland, Oregon U.S. If anyone knows who I am, please contact me, I have wanted to know my family all of my life. Thank you. |

Hi Thee, your story sure is sorryful kid. I personally am not familar or knew your dad but I`m curious to hear more of your story. I pray someone might then find a connection that might lead you further.
Who`s your Mom & why doesn`t she know any relatives of her childs father? Is this your 1st search for your Dad ? Or is there some more minute details that might help us to identify him?

My mother's name is Arlene, all she seemed to know is that around 1978 my father and his brother...who's name I do not know either...came to the US. There was some family info at one time, but in the course of my father's murder, his car was stolen with all the family info inside of it. I do know that the pronunciation of our last name changed from something like Mahoulo, and that's the best guess I can give at a spelling or transliteration. Thank you for your concern to help me. I am now 29 and have never met any of my family and have never known a way to find them until I found this site. I really hope this works. |
