The NTLA:

National Transitional Legislative Assembly
[unicameral] (76 Seats) Members appointed for the transitional period (2003-2005); the previous legislature was bicameral and consisted of a Senate (26 Seats) and House of Representatives (64 Seats). Senate members were elected by popular vote to serve 9-year terms and House members were elected by popular vote to serve 6-year terms.
